Opened in the winter of 2011, our goal at Westminster Hot Dog is to serve the Chicago downtown area with the finest handmade, gourmet sausages possible.
 
We make all of our gourmet sausages in house from scratch on a daily basis. Handmaking our sausages ensures we can use the finest and freshest cuts of meat and highest quality ingredients. None of our handmade sausages contain any perservatives, nitrates or fillers.
 
In addition to our standard menu, we offer weekly specials experimenting in bold and exotic meat choices such as alligator, bison, elk, venison and wild boar.
